Coral Egan has known critical and public acclaim since the beginning of her recording career. She has had a successful career in Quebec, Canada and beyond. Her first solo album, The Path of Least Resistance, was nominated for a Felix and a Juno in 2002.

The three subsequent albums of almost exclusively original material, My Favorite Distraction (2004) (2 Felix awards) Magnify (2007) and The Year He Drove Me Crazy (2012), (nominations for both Felix and Juno awards). This year, (2015) Coral worked with her mother, Karen Young - composer, singer, on the project Missa Campanula, a mass written for her Grandmother, as the mezzo-soprano soloist.
