Continuum Contemporary Music Ensemble and Jennifer Waring perform works by Adriaansz, Freedman, Gilbert, Harman, Miller and Smith.
Ouverture, Allemande, Sarabande, Gigue — The Continuum ensemble has in store a suite of Baroque dances for the 21st century. This instrumental form, a vestige of the 17th century, is given a new life here, thanks to the Canadian composers who took on the challenge of writing dance music… without dancers! A premiere event, an opportunity to catch this contemporary music ensemble from Toronto. Don’t miss it!
