Gougeon’s Mutation, commisioned by the NEM and Opus “2011 creation of the year” winner, is reprised in a “Québec-Argentine” program where, for this concert, Lorraine Vaillancourt, hands the reins of her ensemble over to Argentine composer and conductor Fabian Panisello.
