Dubeau & La Pietà May 17, 2012This piece by Walter Boudreau and Yves Daoust will be taken up again this Thursday, March 8, from 2:00 to 3:00 pm, as part of the A Fugue at the Museum festival.
At the salle Bourgie in the Musée des beaux-arts de Montréal, the SMCQ ensemble will appear before and alongside the audience; spectators are invited to participate in this piece of music, equipped with their cell phones.

The SMCQ presents Quatuor Molinari — Thursday, January 26th, 8:00 pm, Conservatoire de musique de Montréal.
Quatre par quatre, a colorful concert featuring resounding strings in works by four well-known Quebec composers: Silvio Palmieri, Nicolas Gilbert, Walter Boudreau and most certainly, Ana Sokolović. The concert will be preceded by a round-table (7:00 pm) with concert’s composers, hosted by Walter Boudreau.

The SMCQ has been moving in step with the lively rhythms of new music for over forty-five years.
