A composer and saxophonist/flutist, Pierre Labbé performs with the avant-garde music groups Les Projectionnistes, Papa Boa, Projet 9 and LAB trio. He conducts the Ensemble Pierre Labbé, which completed a Canadian tour in the summer of 2006. He has written stage music for over 15 theatre productions.
Pierre Labbé stands out due to his boldness and versatility as a composer, interpreter and improviser.
