McGill Chamber Singers

McGill Chamber Singers is an intimate ensemble of fine musicians. This year (2006) it has come under the direction of Peter Schubert for the first time. Last term the group performed works by Schoenberg and Poulenc, alongside pieces on the same texts by Josquin, Marenzio, Palestrina, Victoria, and Lassus. In the later Spring it will join with the other McGill ensembles in the Dvorak Requiem.
