Pierre Simard and Vancouver Symphony Orchestra (VSO) perform works by Bouliane, Murail and Sokolović.
Vancouver is tuning into tributes to Sokolović’s music! The Vancouver Symphony Orchestra celebrates Sokolović in concert with Montreal, affording her a choice place in his tribute to Francophone composers. Alongside Sokolović’s music, the VSO will perform works by the Québécois composer Denys Bouliane, and his French counterpart, Tristan Murail: our composers are travelling from sea to sea!
