Workshop on the new collection “Chantons nos compositeurs!” (“Sing the works of our composers!”)

This year on January 8th, the SMCQ and the Commission scolaire de Montréal (CSDM) welcomed approximately forty music teachers for an entire day focussed on choral singing in schools. Animated by dynamic choirmaster Tiphaine Legrand, the workshop allowed participants to explore the works of “Chantons nos compositeurs”, commissioned by the SMCQ for six renowned composers. The teachers left the workshop singing, ready to share these magnificent works with hundreds of students!
