Written in 2011 by the request of baritone singer Vincent Ranallo, my Two poems by Wilfrid Lemoine, the late Québécois poet (1927-2003), puts the poems: A Hand and This Music together with music, as part of the collection, Sauf-conduits (Edition d’Orphée, 1963). The writing is characterized by the use of quarter-tones.
