Imagine a musician’s hand suddenly appearing, via a cunning conjuring technique in a landscape that is music. Out of this metamorphosis arises a musical puppet, the protagonist of a show where we are drawn into a magical sound adventure.

A hand in concert with the music…

This concerted hand truly discovers the sounds of its landscape - whose ground covers a keyboard and tactile mat activated by Félix Boisvert - enabling the music, guided by the finger joints to commence.

… For a disconcerting performance!

Beyond its musical aspect, the Concerto au sol represents a multidisciplinary project designed to be seen as much as to be heard. On stage the hand vibrates and dances to the music which it engenders, similar to a skillful choreographer moving through the landscape’s rhythms.
